Before and 3 months after an upper and lower lid blepharoplasty, a chin implant and a traditional facelift. Please note the improvement in the chin/neck (cervicomental) angle. Removing the excess neck fat, tightening the loose neck muscle (platysma) bands and placing a medium chin implant all help to achieve this improvement. Please also note on the front view, the much more youthful appearance around the eyes from the blepharoplasty. Despite these significant changes, she still maintains a natural look.
