Rhinoplasty Case #3065

Before and 3 months after a reduction rhinoplasty for his complaints of a large bump (dorsal hump) with a droopy (ptotic) hook-like nasal tip. The tip was lifted (rotated) to a degree that would fix the droop but still maintain a masculine profile. Also, please note in the front view that the bridge had a significant curve to the left which was straightened nicely in the “after” photo.The tracing on the right is made from the preoperative computer imaging done during the consultation. Dr. Pontell creates this tracing which he uses as a guide during surgery to accomplish the patient’s goals. This allows Dr. Pontell to get as close to the desired result as possible. Please compare the desired profile in the tracing to the actual “after photo.”
