Before and after rhinoplasty for large bump (dorsal hump) with droopy (ptotic) nasal tip and retracted nostrils with excessive collumellar show (can look into the nostrils too much) and asymmetric tip.The tracing on the right is made from the preoperative computer imaging done during the consultation.
